Our Services
Black Edge Groundworks Ltd. provides asphalt paving, repairs, seal coating, line painting, groundwork, landscaping, and snow removal services for residential, commercial, and acreage clients in Cold Lake, Alberta and surrounding communities. The information on this site is provided to help you understand our services and request an estimate.
Quotes & Estimates
Estimates and quotes provided through this site are based on the information you share with us and are subject to an on-site assessment. A formal, binding quote is issued only after we review your project in person or through submitted photos. Pricing may change based on site conditions, material costs, and scope adjustments discovered during the work.
Scheduling & Payments
Scheduling is arranged by mutual agreement. We will confirm project dates, scope, and payment terms in writing before work begins. Payment terms, deposits, and accepted methods will be specified in your service agreement or invoice.
Warranties & Workmanship
We stand behind our workmanship. Any specific warranty for materials or labor will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by third parties, improper maintenance, unusual weather events, ground movement, or conditions outside of our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Edge Groundworks Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposit, will be outlined in your service agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from our services are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
